Refusal of unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses
We refuse any unauthorized collecting of the e-mail addresses, from this website’s postings, using electronic mail collecting program or other technical devices. In case of any violation, one may face criminal charges abided by the Information and Communications Network Law.

No one shall use automated electronic mail address collecting program or any other technical devices to collect the electronic mail addresses from the internet website that indicates its refusal of electronic mail address collection.

No one shall sell or distribute the electronic mail address that was collected by violating the regulation of Clause 1.

Abided by Clause 1 and 2, one shall not knowingly use the electronic mail address, which is prohibited from collecting, selling, and distributing, to send the information.
